Every TEiAM needs a TEiAM CAPTAIN! When your recess coach comes to the school they are looking for kids- to help on the recess yard, be the leader for their team-mates and other peers to look up to.  We train TEiAM CAPTAINS through our leadership program. 

After the recruitment stage, it is time to map out your recess yard and implement games that correlate to the sport your school community has chosen for the season.
