Empowerment Through Play– Wear your school pride on a school community t-shirt and compete for a good cause!  Our coaches undergo back ground checks and are volunteers from the school community itself, getting school faculty, moms and dads more involved.

Boost School Spirit – Psychology shows us that everyone wants to belong to something. When you are in a TEiAM setting  you are included and everyone is able to feel like they belong. Beware the entire community feels the good vibrations as well as the school faculty.

Academic Success- With having a school TEIAM, athletes must practice being a well rounded athlete. We encourage athletes to have good grades, be on time to class and  be present in the classroom.  These are valuable skills to acquire as middle school and high school standards are the same. Elementary school athletes now have a competitive edge when going to school auditions.Company policies – Are there company policies that are particularly important to your business? Perhaps your unlimited paternity/maternity leave policy has endeared you to employees across the company. This is a good place to talk about that.
